Other Links such as current parking passes, and schedules to download for your unit are below and are subject to change. There are three forms that participants must read, sign, and turn in at the reenactor registration tent upon arrival.
If you have trouble opening any of the links please contact our office via phone or email.
It is the unit commander’s responsibility to download and make sure all unit members are aware of the information and have in their possession required forms such as parking passes, participant checklist, etc.

Army Expo '24
Army Expo ’24 is a huge public program showcasing the U.S. Army’s heritage, the Army’s capabilities today, and the Army of the future. Featuring numerous military vehicles and equipment displays, over 300 reenactors depicting every era of Army history, and an expanded immersive “Futures Room,” the entire family will enjoy learning about their Army and the supporting Civilian Service. The program and parking are FREE and open to the public from 9am to 5pm each day, and will include an extensive food truck court, musical entertainment, and scheduled programming.
REENACTOR/LIVING HISTORY INFORMATION
Village Restorations & Consulting, Inc. hires professional military reeanctors for various events and organizations. The time periods range from French & Indian War up to Vietnam, and we seek a broad selection of personas.
We also look for musical groups, tradespeople and sutlers. If you would like to be placed on the “go-to” list, send us your resume with time period(s), and let us know if you are willing to travel (We can often pay a stipend towards that expense).
